Our background
How Core Software came to be
Core Software was established in 2021, building on deep experience across complex operational industries, particularly the ERP environment. Over the years since, the firm has deliberately evolved beyond pure ERP delivery to encompass strategic systems advisory, operational systems leadership, and proprietary decision intelligence capability.
Today, Core Software combines independent strategic input, solution design, partner technologies, and its own proprietary Decision Intelligence Platform into a practice focused on one thing: the systems behind the business outcome.
The firm’s credibility comes from decades of senior leadership experience and systems experience across Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Resources, in both Australia and Africa, with depth in ERP, Payroll, HR, and business systems. The work has spanned ERP evaluation and implementation, Payroll and HR platforms across multiple jurisdictions, data and reporting, business process improvement, and the decision intelligence that ties it all together.
